A development group has secured nearly 1.3 million square feet of industrial space in Morrisville, possibly marking one of the largest U.S. industrial leases this year. The unnamed global manufacturer will establish its North American hub at Spark LS, a mixed-use campus. Sources indicate that the tenant is Millennium Print Group (MPG), a subsidiary of Pokémon Co. International. Plans include a long-term lease to support MPG’s growth, with construction expected to begin in early 2026 and operations starting in late 2028. The project will expand the facility to approximately 1.27 million square feet, leaving some space available for further development.
