Collectors, a leading trading card company, has strengthened its position in the grading and authentication industry by acquiring Beckett, following its previous purchase of SGC in February 2024. This consolidation gives Collectors three of the four top grading services, including PSA, which commands 71% of the market. With these acquisitions, Collectors controls 79% of the overall grading business. In high-end sales, Collectors brands dominate, accounting for 91 of the top 100 most expensive card sales. Additionally, in the eBay market, Collectors brands represent 96% of graded card sales, highlighting their significant influence in the trading card market.
